Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of psionictraining.com and app.psionictraining.com, operated by Psionic Training. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
Psionic Training is a structured training platform for Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) protocols, guided by AI instructors, with session scoring and progress tracking. It is offered for training, skill development, and personal exploration. We make no guarantees about training outcomes, and no claims that any particular ability will result from use of the platform. Instructor responses and scores are generated by AI and can contain errors; they are not professional, medical, or psychological advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and be at least 16 years old to use the service (age of majority to purchase). You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
Free tier and Assessment Period
New accounts receive a 21-day Assessment Period with unlimited sessions. Afterwards, free accounts include one training session per week; instructor voice and chat are part of paid membership. We may adjust free-tier allowances prospectively.
Subscriptions and billing
- The Operative membership is billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (USD or CAD by region), monthly or annually, and renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard via Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
- If a renewal payment fails we retry for a grace period before your account moves to the free tier.
- Refund requests: email support@psionictraining.com — we review them individually. A fully refunded or disputed charge ends paid access.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures; do not use the service to generate unlawful content or harass others; do not share, resell, or automate access to your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content and ours
Your session impressions and training data remain yours; you grant us the license needed to store, process, and score them to operate the service. Everything else — the platform, instructors, target pools, courseware, and branding — belongs to Psionic Training and may not be copied or redistributed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with refund handling per the billing section.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
