Privacy Policy
Psionic Training ("we", "us") operates psionictraining.com and app.psionictraining.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run a training platform, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, and a password if you choose one. Sign-in with Google shares your Google account email and basic profile with us.
- Training data. Your session impressions, scores, progress, streaks, and preferences. This is the product — it powers your dashboard and analytics.
- Voice audio. During live voice sessions your microphone audio is streamed to our voice provider to enable the conversation, and transcripts of voice sessions are stored with your training history. We do not store raw audio recordings.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
- Technical data. Approximate region from your IP address (to show prices in your currency), error reports when something breaks, and anti-abuse signals (we store a one-way hash of the IP address for anonymous trial sessions, never the address itself).
Service providers we rely on
Your data is processed by a small set of providers, each for one job: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI scoring of your session impressions), ElevenLabs (instructor voice), Postmark (transactional email), MailerLite (newsletter, only if you subscribe), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
What we use it for
Operating your account and training history, scoring your sessions, processing subscriptions, sending you sign-in and account emails, improving the product, and preventing abuse. If you join the research program (opt-in on your dashboard), anonymized session statistics may be included in aggregate research; you can withdraw at any time from your Operative File.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage for functional preferences (your selected instructor, audio settings, session state). We do not run advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Account and training data are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email support@psionictraining.com from your account email and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA, and honour equivalent rights for visitors from other jurisdictions. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Psionic Training is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 16. Purchases require the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
